The Energy Moves is an authentic Pilates studio offering private sessions, small group classes, and supervised open studio. Guided by Seven Sparks, Master Educator and movement practitioner since 1998, these sessions are meticulously tailored to your body, your goals, and your energy. With decades of experience across disciplines and teaching environments, Seven creates a space where your full potential can emerge—without distraction, interruption, or compromise.
In addition to classical and contemporary Pilates, the studio offers specialized programs for pregnancy, postnatal care, breast cancer recovery, trades workers, dancers and athletes.
Somatics and energy-focused practices are also available in private or small groups honoring everybody, stage, and goal.
The Energy Moves is a space to learn your body with purpose, build functional strength, and cultivate awareness that carries into everyday life.
